Pause devWATCH suggestionby ~TigerK0690

This was something that was bugging me about dA for a long time. Every time I go away for a few days, my devWATCH accumulates over a thousand deviations and hundreds of journals that I have to go through... If there was an option to pause the devWATCH, I would have a clean slate every time I come back to dA after a few days' absence.

EDIT: Just noticed this [link] which is a much more advanced version of my suggestion, I think it's a great idea. Even facebook has a 'disable profile' option for people who want to take a break from the website.

This is an interesting suggestion, but if it was installed, i probably wouldn't choose it. I hate the feeling of missing out, what if you got a DD or somthing, people sent you like, 30 odd comments but you can see them because this is checked. When you come back from holiday or something it would take a little while to notice you got a DD.

I agree, like I said before this would only disable new deviations, journals, etc.
Comments and watch notifications would still appear on the devWATCH.

I wish there was this option. If I'm away from dA for a week I have thousands of deviantwatch messages. It's horrible.

I didn't notice that option before, but it seems like you can only select all or none which is a problem because I currently have some checked and some unchecked...
